We do what we do because we freaking love it! Seriously, there's nothing more rewarding than being a part of someone's love story and helping them create the most epic wedding ever. We're all about spreading the love and making sure that every couple gets to have their dream day without the stress and headaches. We live for those priceless moments when the couple sees everything come together, and their faces light up with pure joy. It's like a burst of confetti and happy tears all at once! So, yeah, we're not just in the business of planning weddings; we're in the business of making love shine and creating memories that will make you go, "Wow, we did it!" How long have you been in business? 

Bethany Faber Events quietly started in 2015 when I finally decided to start offering coordination to clients I was working with at the venue I managed! Shortly after, I found out that I was pregnant so I put that dream on hold. After my son turned 1 year old, I decided that I was ready to start offering coordination again! After many successful weddings, I began receiving referrals for weddings outside of the venue and decided to officially launch the business! Since 2018, I have been planning weddings full time and left my job as a venue director!


How many weddings do you do at a time?

To best service my clients, I only take on a limited number of planning clients, and only one wedding a weekend. Once we book a wedding, we don’t book any weddings the day before or after! 


What are your qualifications and is your business legal?

You betcha! You can’t be a professional planner and not plan for the worst! Bethany Faber Events LLC is registered under the state of Oklahoma, insured, and I have over 9 years of wedding industry experience. All contracts are written by a practicing attorney. By starting as a venue director, I worked directly with all the wedding vendors, planners, and various scales of weddings. I am confident in saying that I know what it takes to run a successful wedding and event. 


How do we book?

The first step is to schedule a complimentary consultation so we can get to know each other and see if we are a good fit! We require a signed contract and 30% retainer to hold your date! 


When do we start working together?

If you book one of our planning packages, we will immediately get started on your planning site and schedule our first planning meeting! We will need about 1-2 weeks to get the site together. For coordination clients, we will reach out 2 months prior to your wedding to gather some information from you and schedule our first planning meeting around 6 weeks prior to your wedding!

Bethany was a dream to work with! She went above and beyond on our wedding day to make sure everything was perfect! I didn’t have to worry about anything the day of and was able to relax and be in the moment with my bridesmaids which was something I needed. We did have a few hiccups during the day but Bethany was right there to defuse the situation and take care of it. The one thing I wish I would have done was hired her for partial planning! The week of my wedding I would have brought her in to run last minute errands and to over see a few things getting dropped off so I could spend time with out of town guests. Other than that, our night went pretty smoothly and we were so happy with the end result! She saw my vision and executed it perfectly!

I really appreciated her pricing structure - we used her as our coordinator starting about 2 months out, but we were also able to add in a six-month out check-in to make sure we were on track. Bethany and her assistant Abigail kept my wedding party on track and managed moving between multiple venues like it was nothing! She obviously had strong relationships with the top vendors in Tulsa. She also never hesitated to answer even my dumbest questions and respond to last minute changes with grace. Truly cannot recommend Bethany Faber enough!
